Preparation
Apply RIALTO SX 5911 (dilute 1 part of SX 5911 and 10 parts of
water), a broad-spectrum anti-mould, algae and lichens, sanitizing
product based on broad-spectrum low-toxicity biocides. Remove
all dusty and friable sections. Restore the finishing plaster
with RIALTO WALLCEM, a product based on Portland Cement, aluminum
cement, sand and resins. Covering capacity: 1.2 kg/m² per
1 mm thickness. Apply a coat of RIALTO STABILIZER, based on organic
resins and aliphatic and aromatic solvents. Average covering capacity:
170 ml/m². Allow at least 24 hours before applying the finishing
product.
Finishing
Apply RIALTO UNION, with smooth and satin effect, a terpolymer
and water-based sanitizing permanent acrylic paint for exterior
surfaces composed of UV ray-resistant pigments, selected siliceous
mineral aggregates and a broad-spectrum permanent-action fungicide-bactericide
agent. It is water-repellent, water vapor permeable (DIN 53122
Regulations, 47 g/m² - 24 hours, µ=2227, Sd=0.49 m)
and has high hiding power.
Average covering capacity on fine plaster: 150 ml/m². Apply
two coats either by roller or spray. Dilute first coat to 20%
with water and second coat to 10% with water.
