Preparation
Apply RIALTO SX 5911 (dilute 1 part of SX 5911 and 10 parts of
water), a broad-spectrum anti-mould, algae and lichens, sanitizing
product based on broad-spectrum low-toxicity biocides. Remove
all dusty and friable sections. Restore the finishing plaster
with RIALTO WALLCEM, a product based on Portland Cement, aluminum
cement, sand and resins. Covering capacity: 1.2 kg/m² per
1 mm thickness. On a perfectly dry substrate, apply using either
a brush or low-pressure spray (0.5 bar) to fully saturate the
surface a coat of RIALTO ISOCAL, a single-can, breathable, colorless,
anti-saline efflorescence, water-repellent absorption-regulating
product based on oligomeric siloxane in aliphatic solvents. Average
covering capacity: 0.4 l/m².
Finishing
Apply by brush two coats, allowing at least 12 hours between first
coat (diluted to 35% with water) and second coat (diluted to 25%
with water), of RIALTO DOMOSIL, a water-repellent and breathable
coating (DIN 53122, 230 g/m² - 24 hours, µ=410, Sd=0.09
m) based on siloxanes, a permanent-action fungicide-bactericide
agent and a UV ray-resistant pigment.
