Preparation
Remove any loose part of old paint, and patch and seal any damaged
section. Apply one coat of RIALTO DURASIL, a water-based single-can,
anti-saline efflorescence water-repellent and hardening primer.
Average covering capacity: 0,3 l/m². Apply one coat of RIALTO
FINISH diluted to 25% with water; Average covering capacity: 110
ml/m². Smooth and level with RIALTO WALLCEM BIANCO. Average
covering capacity: 2 kg/m².
Finishing
Apply using a stainless steel trowel, RIALTO ANTIQUA type "1",
a colored mineral plaster based on seasoned slaked lime, mineral
aggregates and alcali- and UV ray-resistant pigments. Finish off
with a wet sponge trowel and then smooth, using a stainless steel
trowel. Water vapor permeability: 380 g/m² - 24 hours (DIN
53122 Regulations), µ=45, Sd=0.04 m. Surface adherence not
lower than 10 kgf/cm². Average covering capacity on leveled
coarse plaster: 2.5 kg/m². After 3-4 hours apply three coats
of RIALTO EPOCA SPATOLATO, a mineral coating based on seasoned
slaked lime, inert minerals and alcali- and UV ray-resistant pigments.
Water vapor permeability: 430 g/m² - 24 hours (DIN 53122
Regulations), µ=80, Sd=0.05 m. Surface adherence not lower
than 30 kgf/cm².
Average covering capacity: 1 kg/m².
