Preparation
Remove any loose part of old paint, and patch and seal any damaged
section. Apply one coat of RIALTO DURASIL, a water-based single-can,
anti-saline efflorescence water-repellent and hardening primer.
Average covering capacity: 0,3 l/m². Apply one coat of RIALTO
FINISH diluted to 25% with water; Average covering capacity: 110
ml/m². Smooth and level with RIALTO WALLCEM BIANCO. Average
covering capacity: 2 kg/m².
Finishing
Apply, using the technique for stucco with spatula effect, three
coats of RIALTO EPOCA SPATOLATO, a mineral coating based on seasoned
slaked lime and mineral oxides. The first coat must be a thin
layer applied using a stainless steel trowel, so that the speckling
of the sand remains visible. Allow at least 24 hours before applying
the second coat. Water vapor permeability: 430 g/m² - 24
hours (DIN 53122 regulations), µ=80, Sd=0.05 m. Surface
adherence not lower than 30 kgf/cm².
Average covering capacity: 1 kg/m² for three coats. Protect
from rain for at least 48 hours.
