Preparation
Widen the cracks and fill them with RIALTO INTONAL mixed with
30% of Portland Cement. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate
RIALTO FIBRATEX, a fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering
capacity: 1.5 kg/m². Sand and level using common interior
leveling products. Apply a coat of RIALTO PRIMER based on acrylic
resins (dilute 1 part of PRIMER and 7-8 parts of water). Average
covering capacity: 25 ml/m².
Finishing
Mix 3% of RIALTO SX 110/22, a permanent-action broad-spectrum
anti-mould product, in RIALTO WHITY, an acrylic washable product,
and stir thoroughly. Apply two coats using either a brush, roller
or spray of RIALTO WHITY, based on acrylic resins, titanium dioxide
and pulverized mineral aggregates, after diluting to 20-30% with
water. Water vapor permeability: 230 g/m² - 24 hours (DIN
53122 Regulations), µ=404, Sd=0.10 m. It is a water-repellent
product with high hiding power.
