Preparation
Widen the cracks and fill them with RIALTO INTONAL mixed with
30% of Portland Cement. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate
RIALTO FIBRATEX, a fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering
capacity: 1.5 kg/m². Sand and level using common interior
leveling products. Apply a coat of RIALTO PRIMER based on acrylic
resins (dilute 1 part of PRIMER and 7-8 parts of water). Average
covering capacity: 25 ml/m².
Finishing
Apply two coats, using either a brush or roller and allowing at
least 12 hours between first coat and second coat (both diluted
to 15% with water if applied by roller or to 20% if applied by
brush), of RIALTO UNION MAT, an acrylic, washable, mat finishing
product with weather-resistant shade, based on inert minerals
with high chemical strength, such as silica and silicates. It
contains a thermoplastic binder with excellent surface adherence,
and is water-repellent and breathable (water vapor permeability:
200 g/m² - 24 hours, ASTM E96 Regulations).
