Preparation
Widen the cracks and fill them with RIALTO INTONAL mixed with
30% of Portland Cement. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate
RIALTO FIBRATEX, a fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering
capacity: 1.5 kg/m². Sand and level using common interior
leveling products. Apply a coat of RIALTO PRIMER based on acrylic
resins (dilute 1 part of PRIMER and 7-8 parts of water). Average
covering capacity: 25 ml/m².
Finishing
Apply RIALTO UNION, with smooth and satin effect, a terpolymer
and water-based sanitizing permanent acrylic paint for exterior,
composed of UV ray-resistant pigments, selected siliceous mineral
aggregates, and a broad-spectrum permanent-action fungicide-bactericide
agent. It is water-repellent, water vapor permeable (DIN 53122
Regulations, 47 g/m² - 24 hours, µ=2227, Sd=0.49 m)
and has high hiding power.
Average covering capacity on fine plaster: 150 ml/m². Apply
two coats either by roller or spray. Dilute first coat to 20%
with water and second coat to 10% with water.
