Preparation
Widen the cracks and fill them with RIALTO INTONAL mixed with
30% of Portland Cement. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate
RIALTO FIBRATEX, a fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering
capacity: 1.5 kg/m². Sand and level using common interior
leveling products. Apply a coat of RIALTO PRIMER based on acrylic
resins (dilute 1 part of PRIMER and 7-8 parts of water). Average
covering capacity: 25 ml/m². Apply one coat of RIALTO UNIVERSAL,
an insulating and adhesive undercoat, based on resins in solvents
and selected pigments. Average covering capacity: 100 ml/m².
Allow 24 hours before applying the finishing product.
Finishing
Apply using either a roller, spray or brush the single-can enamel
paint RIALTO VERLUX, based on modified alkyd resins and UV ray-resistant
pigments. It is resistant to abrasion, salt air and sudden temperature
changes and has excellent hiding power. Gloss: 85%.
