Preparation
Widen the cracks and fill them with RIALTO INTONAL mixed with
30% of Portland Cement. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate
RIALTO FIBRATEX, a fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering
capacity of RIALTO INTONAL: 1.5 kg/m². After 24 hours, apply
a coat of RIALTO FINISH diluted to 20% with water. Average covering
capacity: 110 ml/ m².
Finishing
Apply on a dry substrate using a stainless steel trowel, and a
plastic trowel to finish off, one coat of RIALTO ERALIT, a protective
and decorative coating with fine troweled plaster and antique-like
speckled effect, based on selected inert minerals (silica, marble
and quartz), a thermoplastic copolymer binder and UV ray-resistant
pigments. Surface adherence not lower than 7 kgf/cm². Water
vapor permeability not lower than 24 g/m² - 24 hours (ASTM
E96 Regulations, µ=830, Sd=1.0 m).
Average covering capacity on fine plaster: 1.5 kg/m².
