Preparation
Widen the cracks and fill them with RIALTO INTONAL mixed with
30% of Portland Cement. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate
RIALTO FIBRATEX, a fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering
capacity of RIALTO INTONAL: 1.5 kg/m². After 24 hours, apply
a coat of RIALTO FINISH diluted to 20% with water. Average covering
capacity: 110 ml/ m².
Finishing
Apply on a dry substrate using a stainless steel trowel and a
plastic trowel one coat of RIALTO DURALBO, a protective coating
with fine scored decorative effect, based on selected inert minerals
(granite, silica and marble), a thermoplastic copolymer binder
and UV ray-resistant pigments. Adhesion not lower than 6 kgf/cm².
Water vapor permeability: 23 g/m² - 24 hours (ASTM E96 Regulations,
µ=830, Sd=1.0 m).
Average covering capacity: 1.7 kg/m².
