Preparation
Widen the cracks and fill them with RIALTO INTONAL mixed with
30% of Portland Cement. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate
RIALTO FIBRATEX, a fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering
capacity: 1.5 kg/m². Sand and level using common interior
leveling products. Apply a coat of RIALTO PRIMER based on acrylic
resins (dilute 1 part of PRIMER and 7-8 parts of water). Average
covering capacity: 25 ml/m². After at least 6 hours, apply
a coat of RIALTO FINISH (white color), diluted to 20% with water.
Average covering capacity: 110 ml/ m². Apply using a stainless
steel trowel one or two thin coats of RIALTO SOTTOFONDO VENEZIANO,
in white or a color similar to the finish color, but in a lighter
shade. Average covering capacity: 700 g/m². After 24 hours,
sand with 220-grit sandpaper and remove dust.
Finishing
Apply, using a stainless steel trowel and the technique for STUCCO
with spatula effect, RIALTO VENEZIANO, a colored self-polishing
stucco based on a terpolymer vinyl-acetate-acrylic resin, special
pulverized inert minerals and a fungicide-bactericide permanent-action
agent. Polish using a stainless steel trowel and dry-sand with
abrasive 1200-grit sandpaper.
Average covering capacity: 200 g/m². In rooms usually subject
to dirt and tear and wear, after the stucco with spatula effect
has been applied and polished, apply RIALTO CERA D'ARTE and polish
again using a soft rag.
