Preparation
On a new sound plaster surface or on old surfaces, level with
RIALTO WALLCEM (average covering capacity: 2 kg/m²), and
apply one coat of the absorption-regulating, water-repellent,
anti-saline efflorescence RIALTO ISOCAL primer, based on oligomeric
organosiloxane. RIALTO ISOCAL average covering capacity is 0,4
l/m².
Finishing
Place the stencils and apply within, using a stainless steel trowel,
one coat of RIALTO ANTIQUA type "1", a colored mineral
plaster based on seasoned slaked lime, mineral aggregates with
different granulometry and alcali- and UV ray-resistant pigments.
Water vapor permeability: 380 g/m² - 24 hours (DIN 53122
Regulations), µ=45, Sd=0.04 m. Surface adherence not lower
than 10 kgf/cm². Remove the stencils and after 24 hours,
apply everywhere a coat of RIALTO ANTIQUA type "1" of
a contrasting color, usually lighter. Finish off with a small
wet sponge trowel exerting a higher pressure on the edgings in
order to make them visible.
