Preparation
On a new sound plaster or on old surfaces leveled with RIALTO
WALLCEM, apply one coat of the absorption-regulating, water-repellent,
anti-saline efflorescence RIALTO ISOCAL primer, based on an oligomeric
organosiloxane. RIALTO ISOCAL average covering capacity is 0,4
l/m². On a new dusty or friable plaster, apply one coat of
the water-repellent, anti-saline efflorescence RIALTO DURASIL
single-can hardening primer, a colorless solution, based on water
and an alkysilane emulsion. RIALTO DURASIL average covering capacity
is 0,3 l/m².
Finishing
Apply, using a stainless steel trowel, one coat of RIALTO ANTIQUA
type "1", a colored mineral plaster based on seasoned
slaked lime, mineral aggregates with different granulometry and
alcali- and UV ray-resistant pigments. Finish off with a wet sponge
trowel. Water vapor permeability: 380 g/m² - 24 hours (DIN
53122 regulations), µ=45, Sd=0.04 m. Surface adherence not
lower than 10 kgf/cm². Average covering capacity on fine
plaster: 1.8 kg/m². After 24 hours, using a brush and starting
from the bottom and working upward, apply to fully saturate the
surface a coat of RIALTO SILAN, an absorption-regulating, colorless,
transparent, breathable water-repellent treatment based on oligomeric
siloxane alkylates.
Average covering capacity: 200 ml/m².
