Preparation
Remove all moulds and lichens using the sanitizing product RIALTO
SX5911, diluted with water (1 liter of RIALTO SX5911 and 10 liters
of water). Apply one coat of RIALTO STABILIZER, an insulating
hardening primer based on acrylic and petrol resins in aromatic
and aliphatic solvents, either using a brush or a roller. Average
covering capacity: 1.7 dl/m². Allow at least 24 hours before
applying the finishing product.
Finishing
Apply RIALTO UNION, with smooth and satin effect, a terpolymer
and water-based sanitizing permanent acrylic paint for exterior
surfaces composed of UV ray-resistant pigments, selected siliceous
mineral aggregates, and a broad-spectrum permanent-action fungicide-bactericide
agent. It is water-repellent, water vapor permeable (DIN 53122
Regulations, 47 g/m² - 24 hours, µ=2227, Sd=0.49 m)
and has high hiding power.
Average covering capacity on fine plaster: 150 ml/m². Apply
two coats either by roller or spray. Dilute first coat to 20%
with water and second coat to 10% with water.
