Preparation
Remove any loose paint or plaster material. With a steel trowel,
level the surface (average thickness: 4 mm) using a mix composed
of: 2 parts of RIALTO MATONAL, 3 parts of Portland Cement, 3 parts
of sand and water as needed (parts in volume). Average covering
capacity for 4-mm thickness of RIALTO MATONAL: 1 l/m². Where
the surface is damaged, incorporate RIALTO FIBRATEX, an alcali-resistant
fiberglass (width: 25 cm).
Finishing
Apply using a stainless steel trowel, and a wet sponge trowel
to finish off, the breathable leveling plaster, prepared with
1 part of water and two parts of RIALTO WALLCEM BIANCO, composed
of high alumina-content cement, selected spherical sands, synthetic
fibers and additives. The product is non-cracking with high adhesion
power and excellent weather-resistance. Water vapor permeability:
DIN 53122, 790 g/m² - 24 hours, µ=18, Sd=0.027 m.
Average covering capacity: 1.2 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
