damaged exterior plaster surfaces

Damaged exterior plaster surfaces, finished with:

RIALTO VERLUX

Preparation
Remove any loose paint or plaster material. Dampen, patch and level (average thickness: 3 mm) the entire surface spreading with a steel trowel RIALTO WALLCEM (adding 10% of RIALTO MATONAL). After approximately 30 minutes, FINISH off with a wet sponge trowel. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate RIALTO FIBRATEX, an alcali-resistant fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering capacity for 1-mm thickness of RIALTO WALLCEM: 1.2 kg/m². Allow the surface to dry completely before applying one coat of RIALTO STABILIZER, an insulating hardening undercoat based on resins in aromatic and aliphatic solvents, either using a brush or a roller. Average covering capacity: 100 ml/m². Allow at least 24 hours before applying the finishing product.

Finishing
Apply using either a roller, spray or brush the single-can enamel paint RIALTO VERLUX, based on modified alkyd resins and UV ray-resistant pigments. It is resistant to abrasion, salt air and sudden temperature changes and has excellent hiding power. Gloss: 85%.
Average covering capacity: 1 l / 8 m².
Price for material and application, excluding any scaffolds, € …….. per m²
