damaged exterior plaster surfaces

Damaged exterior plaster surfaces, finished with:

RIALTO FINISH

Preparation
Remove any loose paint or plaster material. Dampen, patch and level (average thickness: 3 mm) the entire surface spreading with a steel trowel RIALTO WALLCEM (adding 10% of RIALTO MATONAL). After approximately 30 minutes, FINISH off with a wet sponge trowel. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate RIALTO FIBRATEX, an alcali-resistant fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering capacity for 1-mm thickness of RIALTO WALLCEM: 1.2 kg/m². Allow the surface to dry completely before applying one coat of RIALTO STABILIZER, an insulating hardening undercoat based on resins in aromatic and aliphatic solvents, either using a brush or a roller. Average covering capacity: 170 ml/m². Allow at least 24 hours before applying the finishing product.

Finishing
Apply two coats, using a brush or a roller and allowing at least 8-10 hours between first and second coat, of RIALTO FINISH, a protective coating with smooth mat suede-like decorative effect and based on selected inert minerals (mica and quartz), a thermoplastic terpolymer binder, a fungicide-bactericide agent, and UV ray-resistant pigments. Surface adherence not lower than 8 kgf/cm² and water-repellent with water vapor permeability equal to 30 g/m² - 24 hours (ASTM E96 Regulations, µ=2860, Sd=0.71 m).
Average covering capacity on fine plaster: 290 ml/m².
Price for material and application, excluding any scaffolds, € …….. per m²
