Damaged exterior plaster surfaces, finished with:

RIALTO CARSO

Preparation
Remove any loose paint or plaster material. With a steel trowel, level the surface (layer thickness: approximately 4 mm) using a mix composed of: 2 parts of RIALTO MATONAL, 3 parts of Portland Cement, 3 parts of sand and water as needed (parts in volume). Average covering capacity for 4-mm thickness of RIALTO MATONAL: 1 l/m². Where the surface is damaged, incorporate RIALTO FIBRATEX, an alcali-resistant fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Allow the surface to dry completely before applying one coat of RIALTO FINISH diluted to 20% with water, in the same color as the finishing product. Average covering capacity on fine plaster: 125 ml/m². Allow the substrate to dry completely before applying the finishing product.

Finishing
Apply on a dry substrate using a stainless steel trowel, and a plastic trowel to finish off, RIALTO CARSO, a protective and decorative plain-color coating with fine rustic granulated effect, based on selected inert minerals (silica, marble and quartz), a thermoplastic copolymer binder and UV ray-resistant pigments. Surface adherence not lower than 10 kgf/cm². Water vapor permeability not lower than 38 g/m² - 24 hours (ASTM E96 Regulations, µ=500, Sd=0.6 m).
Average covering capacity: 2 kg/m² for type "1" and 3.3 kg/m² for type "2".
Price for material and application, excluding any scaffolds, € …….. per m²
