damaged exterior plaster surfaces

Damaged exterior plaster surfaces, finished with:

RIALTO DOMOSIL

Preparation
Remove any loose paint or plaster material. Dampen, patch and level (average thickness: 3 mm) the entire surface spreading with a steel trowel RIALTO WALLCEM (adding 10% of RIALTO MATONAL). After approximately 30 minutes, FINISH off with a wet sponge trowel. Where the surface is damaged, incorporate while leveling RIALTO FIBRATEX, an alcali-resistant fiberglass (width: 25 cm). Average covering capacity for 1 mm of thickness of RIALTO WALLCEM: 1.2 kg/m². Allow the surface to dry completely before applying to fully saturate the surface a coat of absorption-regulating, water-repellent, anti-saline efflorescence, single-can RIALTO ISOCAL primer based on oligomeric organosiloxane in aliphatic solvents, using a brush or a low pressure spray gun (0.5 bar). Average covering capacity: 0,4 l/m².

Finishing
Apply using a brush two coats of RIALTO DOMOSIL, a breathable water-repellent and permanent fungicide and bactericide agent, based on siloxane and UV ray-resistant pigments (DIN 53122, 230 g/m² - 24 hours, µ=410, Sd=0.09 m). The first coat should be diluted to 35% with water and the second to 25%. Allow at least 12 hours before applying the second coat.
Average covering capacity: 1 l/5 m².
Price for material and application, excluding any scaffolds, € …….. per m²
