Preparation
Remove and restore any damaged section of the plaster surface.
Level off all surfaces with RIALTO WALLCEM BIANCO leveling plaster.
Average covering capacity: 2 kg/m². After at least 48 hours,
apply using a brush or roller a coat of RIALTO STABILIZER, a hardening
and insulating primer based on acrylic and petrol resins in aromatic
and aliphatic solvents. Average covering capacity: 1.7 dl/m².
Allow at least 24 hours before applying the finishing product.
Finishing
Apply two coats, using either a brush or roller and allowing at
least 12 hours between first coat and second coat (both diluted
to 15% with water if applied by roller or to 20% if applied by
brush), of RIALTO UNION MAT, an acrylic, washable, mat finishing
product based on inert minerals with high chemical strength such
as silica and silicates. It has a thermoplastic binder with excellent
surface adherence, and is water-repellent and breathable (water
vapor permeability: 200 g/m² - 24 hours, ASTM E96 Regulations).
