Preparation
Remove and restore any damaged section of the plaster surface.
Level off all surfaces with RIALTO WALLCEM leveling plaster. Average
covering capacity: 2 kg/m². After at least 48 hours, apply
using a brush or roller a coat of RIALTO STABILIZER, a hardening
and insulating primer based on acrylic and petrol resins in aromatic
and aliphatic solvents. Average covering capacity on fine plaster:
1.7 dl/m². Allow at least 24 hours before applying the finishing
product.
Finishing
Apply two coats, using a brush or a roller of RIALTO ZIP, a protective
water-repellent breathable (water vapor permeability: 35 g/m²
- 24 hours, ASTM E96 Regulations) coating with weather-resistant
shade, based on highly resistant inert minerals, such as mica,
silica and quartz and a highly substrate-adherent thermoplastic
binder. Allow at least 12 hours between first coat (diluted to
not more than 10% with water) and second coat (undiluted).
Average covering capacity: 0.25 l/m².
